SpamOver Terms of Use

Effective 2026-10-13. Boland Solutions, LLC, Georgia, USA.

These terms cover your use of SpamOver, made by Boland Solutions, LLC. By using SpamOver, you agree to them. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to apps from the App Store.

1. What SpamOver is, and isn’t

SpamOver uses Apple’s Call Directory framework to block or label calls from numbers that match the rules you entered. iOS limits how any such app can work, and SpamOver inherits those limits: calls from numbers saved in your Contacts always bypass it, calls from “No Caller ID” cannot be filtered by number, and the total block list is capped by iOS, so very broad patterns are rejected before they load.

SpamOver is not a substitute for calling your carrier about harassment or for law-enforcement reporting of threats. Do not rely on it where a missed call could cause harm.

2. Acceptable use

Use SpamOver lawfully, and only with devices, networks and accounts you are authorized to use.

3. No warranty

SpamOver is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Boland Solutions, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of SpamOver. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always posted here, and the effective date above will change.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away any consumer protection rights you have under the laws where you live.
